Hayat

Even when you're far away, Hayat is always by your family's side.

Your parent doesn't have to learn anything new. Hayat checks in every day on the WhatsApp they already use, like a family member would, keeps track of their medication and picks up on how they're really doing. Their reply is on your family panel.

How it works

1

Start free

Fill in a short form; we review it and open your account free on the Starter plan. Then add your loved one β€” a phone number is all it takes; no app required, and if they install it Hayat can call.

2

Hayat starts the conversation

Daily wellbeing check-ins and medication reminders arrive over WhatsApp or Telegram; your loved one just replies like they always do.

3

You stay informed

Follow the trend on your panel; an emergency message alerts the family right away.

You see it on your panel

Daily check-in scores, medication adherence and the overall trend β€” your loved one's replies, at a glance on the family panel.

πŸ“± More with the app

Hayat works fully without an app β€” WhatsApp or Telegram is enough. Still, if you can install the Hayat app on your loved one's phone, we recommend it: voice calls run through the app, step / sleep / heart-rate data flows to your panel, and location-based safety features open up. The app is our preference β€” but it is never required; the entire emergency safety net works without it.

For loved ones who can't type: Hayat calls

If your loved one can't write messages or doesn't use WhatsApp, you install the Hayat app on their phone and they learn exactly one thing: the πŸ’š button. Hayat calls and talks with them (3Γ— a week on Starter, more often on Daily and Family); check-ins and medication confirmations are captured from speech, and your panel fills up the same way. The app is available for iPhone and Android (store release in preparation); it is included on EVERY plan β€” installing it never changes your plan.

Why Hayat?

App Optional

Works on any phone with WhatsApp or Telegram. Install the Hayat app and you add voice calls, steps / sleep / heart rate and location safety β€” but it is never required.

The trend

Check-in scores and medicine replies show as a trend on your panel.

Safety Is Never Locked

Emergency detection, emergency-number guidance and instant family alerts work fully on every plan. We don't package safety.

Frequently asked questions

What is Hayat?

Hayat is an AI assistant families use to stay in touch with an older parent. It works in the WhatsApp or Telegram chat the parent already has, and on voice and phone calls. Hayat sends check-ins and medicine reminders and records the replies on a family panel. Families and care operators follow it all on one dashboard. Built by Denegra (denegra.ai).

Does my parent need to install an app?

No. Hayat works inside the WhatsApp or Telegram your parent already uses. The optional Hayat app (iPhone and Android; store release in preparation) adds voice calls, step / sleep / heart-rate data and location safety; it is free on every plan and never required.

How do WhatsApp medication reminders and family alerts work?

You add the medicines from the family panel or in plain language ("I take Coraspin at 9 am"); Hayat reminds at the right time in your parent's own time zone and asks "did you take it?" with Yes/No buttons. A missed question is repeated once an hour later. Silence is never counted as a skipped dose. If the daily question goes unanswered, Hayat asks once more; if there is still no answer, it lets the family know.

What happens in an emergency?

If your parent writes "I fell" or "chest pain", Hayat immediately points to the local emergency number and notifies the family contacts through Telegram, WhatsApp, e-mail and push. The whole safety net is included on every plan and never switches off.

How do Hayat's calls work?

Two kinds, and they are different on purpose. Inside the free Hayat app, Hayat calls your parent for a spoken check-in β€” three times a week on Starter (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), more often on Daily and Family. If your parent doesn't reply after an emergency message, Hayat calls their phone. If the app is installed and the daily question goes unanswered, Hayat also calls through the app. Routine check-ins are never done by phone; the phone line is kept for the moments that matter.

Which languages and countries does Hayat support?

Hayat chats in English, Turkish and Arabic; the family panel and sign-up are in the same three languages. Families use it from TΓΌrkiye, Europe, the USA and the Gulf β€” reminders fire in the parent's local time.

How much does Hayat cost?

You start free β€” no card, with the Starter plan (three calls a week) open. Later, if you wish, you move to Daily or Family (two loved ones); a paid plan only starts with your separate opt-in, and there is no automatic charge. Before your free start comes to an end we let you know; if you don't choose a plan, service carries on for 7 more days and then pauses. The emergency safety net never switches off.

What is the difference between the plans?

Chat, check-ins, medication reminders, the emergency net, health interpretation, doctor reports, the Memory Game and the character profile are included on every plan. Only the quantities differ: how often Hayat calls (3Γ— a week on Starter, more often on Daily and Family), how many loved ones you follow (2 on Family), how many family members see the panel (1 / 3 / unlimited) and how far back the panel history goes (30 days / 1 year / unlimited).

I have more than two loved ones β€” what then?

Family covers two loved ones. Each additional one is added for a monthly fee; all of them appear on the same panel and each is called in their own local time.

Does it work on Telegram as well as WhatsApp?

Yes. Both channels are supported on every plan, and the family panel is the same whichever channel your parent uses.

What do families and care operators see on the dashboard?

One panel per person: today's check-in, medication adherence, reminders, alerts and the trend over time. Families invite other members so siblings and carers see the same picture (1 panel member on Starter, 3 on Daily, unlimited on Family). Care operators follow several people from one account β€” Family covers two, each additional one is added per person, and every reminder fires in that person's own local time. Panel history is 30 days on Starter, 1 year on Daily and unlimited on Family.

Is Hayat any good for elderly care, and who is it for?

Hayat fits families whose parent can read and answer a chat message or pick up a call, and who want daily contact plus a record the family can actually see. It carries the routine: check-ins, medication and appointment reminders. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, and it does not replace a carer, a doctor or an emergency service. If your parent needs hands-on physical care, Hayat supports the family around that rather than providing it.

Is Hayat a medical device?

No. Hayat is an organisational and communication assistant, not a diagnosis tool and not a replacement for doctors or in-person care. It records what your parent says and measures, and shows the family the trend.

How is Hayat different from a pill-reminder app?

Pill apps remind one person about doses. Hayat also asks how your parent feels, listens for emergencies, reads prescriptions from a photo, records blood pressure or sugar from a plain message and keeps the family informed β€” in the chat your parent already uses.
